I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving break!
Please note that for those of you who have already been observed and received your feedback, the months of December and January are excellent times to work your Individual Growth Plans. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding your growth plan. Also, I'm available to work with you at your school site if you need any support with the MyPGS or any other part of the Educator Growth and Development Cycle (EGDC). Also, there are resources for the your Growth Plan by clicking here. Those of you interested in integrating technology, take a look here.
For those of you who not yet been observed, no worries! There is time! I know many of the observations are happening in December which leaves time to develop a growth plan and receive additional feedback before the 2nd observation cycle (which ends at the end of March).
